Our 4 homes provide a safe, stable, and peaceful environment in which our men are given the opportunity to focus on their personal and practical growth.

Employment plays an important role in recovery. Employment not only provides income, but offers structured activity with a sense of purpose and accomplishment.
CSA partners with several businesses that seek to employ CSA residents.

Our program seeks to meet each man where they are in their recovery journey. This can include building practical skills, personal administration skills, emotional, and relational skills.

The Homeward Program recognizes certain residents’ amazing efforts in healing, recovery, and return to independence through gifting basic furniture for their first apartment. Since its inception in 2021, Homeward has placed 30 men back in independent living. There is no cost to the residents for this service and the furniture is delivered to their new address, giving them pride in their accomplishments.
